RTF 305, sounds fancy don't it? Well, as an RTF major I have to take this class and get at least a B to move up in the world. Not that I am complaining. The course seems interesting enough, the professor and TAs seem pretty intense, which is good. I do hope to get a good bit out of this course. The screenings give the hope that this will be a pretty engaging class, which promises to keep us all interested.
Aside from just general entertainment, I hope to learn, develop, and hone my media skills during this semester. I have done a good bit of movie-making myself. A few live-action videos made for and during high school, but mostly I do amvs (anime music videos) now-a-days. It's good practice for storytelling and editing skills. I will be posting them directly and if, you like them, I would ask you look me up on you-tube (baconman31692) and subscribe to my channel. Hits make me smile.
About blogs...well I haven't any experience with them to be honest. I don't follow any, unless web-comics count. So this is a first for me. This is one of my favorite amvs I have made featuring video from the anime Outlaw Star and audio from Arctic Monkeys. I don't own them, I just used some nice works to make a little art of my own.
